VennCap acquired 87 Marsden Street in January 2015 for $33.15 million with a WALE of 2.88 years.
In the first twelve months of ownership, the lease with the anchor tenant over 45% of the building was extended resulting in a substantially improved WALE.
The building continues to grow in value in one of Australia’s strongest office markets. 87 Marsden was recently upgraded with new end of trip facilities, new bathrooms and each floor was subsequently upgraded as it became vacant.
