VennCap Real Estate are excited to welcome new tenants Ricoh New Zealand and Connexa Limited into 34 Sale Street, Auckland.
Signing an 8-year lease commencing at the start of September 2023, Ricoh New Zealand will occupy the whole of level 3 (1,533 sqm) and part of ground floor retail (124 sqm) in a sought-after location within the Victoria Quarter Precinct.
Meanwhile, 2 Degrees has surrendered their lease over level 2 and Connexa Limited has entered into a 6-year lease commencing in May 2023, over the whole of level 2 (629 sqm).
VennCap Real Estate Asset Manager Mark Licuria worked alongside Omri Yahel from CBRE to orchestrate the Ricoh lease and Polly Markus from Bayleys for Connexa’s relocation.
Welcoming the new tenants is the start of an exciting period for 34 Sale Street, with the building now named “Ricoh House”, taking building signage that was previously leased by Vocus.
“A true collaborative approach to the deal allowed Mark Licuria (Asset Manager) to work alongside Omri from CBRE and Polly from Bayleys to bring the deals to life, said VennCap Real Estate Director Tim McEnallay
“There were a lot of moving parts that had to come together for the deals to be completed.”
“The second half of 2023 is shaping up to be an exciting period with Ricoh House being tabled as the future name for the building, and 34 Sale Street is now fully leased with the commencement of Connexa Limited’s lease.”
