VennCap Real Estate are pleased to welcome global fitness brand F45 Training to 50 Margaret Street in Sydney’s CBD.
F45 Training is a global fitness community specialising in innovative, high-intensity group workouts and since starting in Australia in 2013, F45 has gone on to open nearly 2,000 gyms in 45 countries across the globe.
Located on the ground floor at 50 Margaret St, F45’s lease commenced in late April and they’re currently installing their fitout for a June 14th open date. The space is 142sqm and the lease term is 7-years plus a 5-year option.
According to Studio Owner Daniel Capilli, the prime location and the steady return of City workers were key reasons in taking up the space.
“We loved the location first of all. With the city back to some kind of normal it is one of the busiest areas in the CBD and it’s also very close to large public transport hubs,” Capilli said.
“The space itself is perfect for us. It has its own private entry and some privacy along with natural light. We can’t wait to open and provide a fun and engaging space for people to let their hair down and enjoy some exercise.”
