VennCap Real Estate are pleased to announce that our tenant Shine Lawyers are remaining at 87 Marsden Street in Parramatta after signing a seven-year lease and relocating from Level 7 to the Ground Floor.
Shine Lawyers’ new lease on the Ground Floor will commence in November 2022, which includes the renewal of their signage licence. Taking out an area of 601 square metres, Shine Lawyers will now have a greater presence in the heart of Parramatta’s CBD.
Shine Lawyers are a well-established law firm with a number of branches across the East Coast of Australia as well as in Darwin, Perth and Melbourne. After being founded in 1975, Shine Lawyers have gone on to represent several landmark cases throughout Australia over the past 47 years.

We were able to partner with Shine Lawyers to make some adjustments to the ground floor and get the deal done in a time sensitive manner in line with their expectations,” said Director Tim McEnallay.
